PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA -

According to Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Office three people were taken into custody Friday in connection with the Breaking and Entering of an occupied dwelling, the robbery of the resident of the residence, and the aggravated malicious wounding of the resident of the home.

Enrique Alonso Hernandez: AKA "Mosco", age 33., Angel Hernandez, age 18, and Johnny Ivan Herndandez, also 18.

They were arrested in the 13000 block of Mount Cross Road.

This is a follow-up to the investigation in the 9900 block of Halifax Road on September 3, 2013.

All three remain in jail. Their first court appearance is scheduled for next week.

The victim is still in the hospital.

    ROANOKE (WSLS) -Virginia game department officials say they found three new cases of chronic wasting disease in Virginia in white tailed deer during the 2014 hunting season.One deer in Shenandoah County and another two in Frederick County have tested positive for the neurological disease.The department says it plans to change the boundary of the current disease containment area for the upcoming hunting season to include Shenandoah, Frederick, Warren and Clarke Counties.
