Pitt County parents arrested for child abuse

GREENVILLE, N.C. -

Pitt County deputies arrested two parents for on child abuse charges.

Juana Torres Sutton and Heriberto Mandoza Olguin are both charged with Negligent Child Abuse causing serious physical injury. Both parents live in Greenville.

Investigators say relatives became concerned after not seeing the baby for some time. When they got to the home and checked on the baby they say the baby had signs of neglect and obvious physical injury.
