Missing Alexis Murphy: Surveillance photos

Posted: Updated:

The F.B.I. and a number of branches of law enforcement continue their search for 17-year-old Nelson County teenager, Alexis Murphy.

Today, the F.B.I. released surveillance photographs from the gas station where she was last seen in Lovingston on Saturday, August 3.

The pictures show Alexis wearing a pink shirt, floral-print spandex pants, and brown boots.

The F.B.I says she was carrying a dark and light colored grey purse.

During a news conference yesterday, authorities asked the public to come forward with any information about Alexis' whereabouts and allowed her family to make a plea for her safe return home.

Her missing car was found at a movie theater in Abemarle County Tuesday night.

If you have any information, or think you may have seen Alexis, call (434)-263-7050.
